Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Construction Estimator role located in Dallas, TX. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates, conducting quantity take-offs, and managing budgets for various construction projects. The role will include collaborating with project teams to ensure accuracy in estimating, analyzing project specifications, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders throughout the estimation process.
Qualifications
Expertise in Construction Estimating and preparation of Quantity Take-offs
Proficiency in Budgeting and Cost Management
Strong written and verbal Communication skills
Experience with construction software tools is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of local building codes and regulations is advantageous
