Lead the annual audit process for investment funds, serving as the primary liaison with external auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy. Oversee the preparation of consolidated financial statements and ensure precise fund accounting and investor-level reporting. Manage transaction finance for acquisitions, financings, and dispositions, including entity setup, closing coordination, and post‑close integration. Oversee banking relationships and cash management activities, including capital calls, distributions, and liquidity planning. Collaborate with Tax and Compliance teams to support legal entity oversight and ensure regulatory compliance across fund structures. Drive process improvements and operational scalability as the firm expands its transaction volume and complexity. Provide strategic financial insights to the Managing Partners, enhancing the overall financial infrastructure of the organization. Qualifications:

Must-Have:

4–8 years of experience in real estate private equity, investment management, or related finance/accounting roles. Proven expertise in fund-level accounting and reporting, as well as direct transaction-level finance and deal execution. CPA certification strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of GAAP and real estate partnership accounting principles. Experience managing audits and working directly with external auditors. Ability to operate effectively in a lean, opportunistic, deal‑driven environment. Nice-to-Have:

Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or NetSuite. Experience in acquisition integration and revenue recognition, particularly ASC‑742. Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
