Outside Sales Representative – Construction (Estimating Experience Required)
A large international construction company is seeking a driven and results-oriented
Outside Sales Representative
to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with strong estimating experience in large‑scale construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with general contractors, developers, and project managers
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
Prepare accurate and competitive project estimates
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution
Meet and exceed sales targets
Qualifications:
Minimum
3 years of estimating experience
on large construction projects
Experience with
elevators, mast climbers, and scaffolding systems
required
Strong understanding of construction processes and job site operations
Proven track record in outside sales or business development
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently
