Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in National, MD, for a Commercial Relationship Manager. The role involves managing and growing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving sales to meet revenue targets. Responsibilities include conducting client meetings, creating tailored strategies, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Commercial Relationship Manager will collaborate with various internal teams to deliver exceptional service and value to clients while addressing their unique needs and challenges.
Qualifications
Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills
Ability to build and maintain excellent client relationships
Proficiency in creating and implementing tailored client strategies
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with CRM tools and other sales-related software
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Experience in SaaS, telematics, or a related technology industry is an advantage
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
