A rapidly growing, engineering and environmental consulting firm is seeking a
Marketing Manager
to support expansion across its energy and industrial markets. This is a newly created leadership role responsible for building and executing a forward-looking marketing strategy that drives revenue growth, strengthens market presence, and enhances client engagement.
This position is ideal for a strategic, self-directed marketing leader who thrives in complex, technical environments and is comfortable building and owning a marketing function within a specialized business unit.
What You’ll Do
Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with growth objectives, including setting annual goals, KPIs, budgets, and tracking ROI.
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and client insights to inform positioning, expansion strategy, and go-to-market planning.
Strengthen brand visibility and thought leadership across key energy markets through integrated marketing campaigns and consistent cross-channel messaging.
Lead the development and execution of high-impact content and digital initiatives, including white papers, case studies, webinars, video, social media, CRM campaigns, analytics, and lead generation efforts.
Support business development efforts by creating marketing collateral, proposal tools, and go-to-market assets for service offerings.
Drive client engagement through conferences, trade shows, webinars, and industry events.
Collaborate closely with business line leaders, subject matter experts, sales teams, and external agencies to ensure alignment, execution excellence, and a performance-driven marketing culture.
What We’re Looking For
8+ years of marketing or business development experience
Experience within an EPC, Design/Build, or engineering consulting strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to build marketing structure and processes in a growing business line.
Strong understanding of branding, account-based marketing, market research, campaign management, and lead generation.
Proficiency in CRM platforms, marketing analytics tools, webinar platforms, and social media channels.
Location & Travel
Approximately 25% travel
