
Associate Director of Finance - Dallas - Hybrid (150k-160k + Bonus)

LHH is seeking an Associate Director, Finance & Compensation to join a dynamic, growth-oriented investment management organization. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented finance professional with strong analytical skills and experience in compensation, financial modeling, and business operations. Job Responsibilities
Manage and analyze compensation data, including reporting, forecasting, and budgeting support
Develop and maintain financial models related to compensation, revenue, and performance tracking
Oversee profit-sharing programs, including calculations, reporting, and documentation
Maintain and report on equity structures, including cap tables and ownership activity
Support business initiatives related to onboarding and performance tracking of revenue-generating teams
Assist with preparation and management of financial and legal documentation (e.g., promissory notes)
Monitor key metrics such as headcount, compensation expense, and revenue performance; analyze variances
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes, systems, and reporting capabilities
Support internal and external audit requests and contribute to ongoing process improvements
Job Requirements
5+ years of experience in financial services, finance, or related analytical roles
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., PivotTables, complex formulas)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Proven ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities
