Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience across HR and Talent Acquisition, with leadership experience preferred
Experience in a high-growth startup or scaling software/technology company
Proven ability to build and scale recruiting and HR functions from scratch
Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR best practices
Hands‑on, roll‑up‑your‑sleeves mindset with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically

Key Responsibilities
Partner with leadership on workforce planning and hiring strategy
Personally recruit for critical and leadership roles
Enhance employer branding and candidate experience
Develop and implement HR infrastructure, policies, and programs
Oversee the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, performance, engagement, offboarding)
Ensure compliance with U.S. employment laws and HR best practices
Implement and optimize HR systems, tools, and reporting
Help shape and scale a high-performance, values-driven culture
Drive employee engagement, retention, and development initiatives
Build frameworks for performance management and career progression
Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on people strategy
Support organizational design and scaling efforts
Coach managers on performance, feedback, and team development
