Sales And Marketing Representative

Join our team as a Sales and Marketing Advisor where you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and brand awareness. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for growing our Marketing Presence and attending to Sales inquiries. We are a Family Ran Establishment that has been in business for over 30 years being a top player in the Farm Equipment & Trailer Retail Sector. We sell Hundreds of Tractors every year along with hundreds of Equipment Trailers and Thousands of Tractor Attachments. These would be the 3 main sales items this job focuses on. Along with these focuses we recently started selling Skid Steers and Track Loaders as well!
Responsibilities
Learn How to quote Equipment with current sales programs and explain financing details
Help With Social Media Marketing & Other Marketing Strategies
Answer Quote Requests via email, facebook, along with taking care of walk in sales
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results.
Learn About the equipment we sell and their features & Share that knowledge with customers
Work on Website Updates using our website manager
Requirements
Proven experience in sales and marketing roles.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple sales and marketing projects at once
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Basic math skills for doing Pricing and Financing details on Equipment
Quickbooks and Excel ( Both a plus, but not required if willing to learn)
Familiarity with Farm Equipment, Tractors, Skid Steers, Equipment Trailers, etc;
Ability to handle cash transactions and maintain accuracy in cash handling procedures.
Proficiency in phone etiquette for effective communication with clients.

Tuesday 7AM-2PM
THURSDAY 7AM-5PM
FRIDAY 6:30-4PM
SATURDAY 6:30-1PM
DAYS OFF: SUNDAY & MONDAY
Competitive Hourly Rate Based on Experience and Sales Skills
Profit Sharing Based on Companies performance year to year
