
Territory Manager/Manufacturer’s Representative

The leadership of a manufacturer's rep agency asked HireneXus to help them hire a key salesperson in the Connecticut. This person will carry the title of Sales Representative and be responsible for driving sales for multiple manufacturers through a dynamic territory.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Territory Performance:
Increase sales within your assigned region by actively representing and selling our complete product line.
Develop New Business Opportunities:
Research, identify, and pursue prospective customers through focused outreach and strategic relationship building.
Strengthen Customer Partnerships:
Maintain and grow existing accounts by delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term loyalty.
Build Product Expertise:
Gain comprehensive knowledge of product specifications, applications, and market differentiators to confidently position solutions.
Lead Training & Demonstrations:
Conduct informative and engaging product presentations for distributors and end users, highlighting benefits and real-world value.
Ensure Effective Collaboration:
Communicate consistently with internal departments, clients, and business partners to support shared objectives.
Provide Market Feedback:
Relay customer insights, competitive activity, and emerging market trends to leadership and manufacturing teams.
Qualifications
At least three years of outside or territory sales experience.
Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
Strong planning and organizational abilities with a strategic approach to sales execution.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Motivation to learn technical product details, manufacturing processes, and customer industries.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
