Our client is seeking an HRBP to support senior leaders across a dynamic, matrixed organization. This role will serve as a trusted HR advisor, partnering closely with business leaders and HR leadership to drive strategic people initiatives across talent, organizational design, workforce planning, employee engagement, and change management. This is a strong opportunity for an experienced HR professional who can balance both strategic business partnership and hands-on people support in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business leaders to develop and execute talent and people strategies aligned with business goals Provide guidance on organizational change, restructuring, workforce planning, and succession planning Support leaders with employee relations matters, team dynamics, and people-related challenges Use data and analytics to identify talent trends, diagnose issues, and support decision-making Collaborate with HR Managers and Centers of Excellence to implement enterprise-wide HR solutions Support organizational effectiveness and change management initiatives Provide recruiting support and business input on talent selection when needed Qualifications:

Strong experience in a People Partner / HR Business Partner / strategic HR role Experience supporting leaders through: Organizational change, Employee relations issues, Talent planning, and Change management Background in Insurance, Consulting, or Financial Services preferred Experience working in a global, matrixed organization Strong relationship-building skills and ability to influence at the executive level Excellent communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills Comfortable using data to support people and business decisions
