We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to join our team in San Ramon. This role will support day-to-day HR operations and provide administrative and coordination support across multiple HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HR systems.
The ideal candidate has approximately 3 years of HR experience, is highly organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What you will be doing
Coordinate and support new hire onboarding and orientation processes
Maintain and update employee records and HRIS systems
Assist with benefits administration, enrollments, and employee inquiries
Support recruiting efforts, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates
Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Assist with employee relations matters, documentation, and HR communications
Prepare reports, track HR metrics, and support HR projects and initiatives
Partner with internal teams to support overall employee experience
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in an HR Coordinator or similar role
Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment practices
Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Paylocity, or similar)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in a fast-paced or multi-location environment
HR certification (PHR or SHRM-CP) is a plus
