Free food & snacks, Training & development, Wellness resources A Day in the Life of the Director of Operations In this role, you’ll lead the launch and operational success of multiple new restaurant locations in the Little Rock area. You’ll recruit and develop strong General Managers, implement efficient systems, and ensure each location delivers outstanding food, service, and profitability. As the senior operations leader on the ground, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the company’s multi-unit structure and preparing the organization for future expansion, including plans for a corporate presence in Fort Worth in the coming years. Responsibilities include: Lead operations across multiple restaurant locations, ensuring consistent quality, service, and hospitality Hire, train, and develop General Managers and store teams (approximately 17–18 employees per location) Drive labor efficiency and cost-of-goods control to maintain strong financial performance Use data, KPIs, and operational metrics to improve sales, productivity, and profitability Implement operational standards, processes, and best practices across all locations Coach and mentor leaders to build a strong internal talent pipeline Support the company’s growth strategy as new stores open and the organization scales Requirements and Qualifications: 5+ years of restaurant management experience managing multi-unit operations Background experience in QSR (Quick-Service Restaurant) operations or operating a franchise Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills Comfortable building systems and teams in a growth-stage environment High energy, resilience, and ability to lead through change Willingness to work onsite in Little Rock About the Hiring Company: Our client is an expanding restaurant franchise brand focused on delivering high-quality fried chicken and memorable guest experiences.
