DiStefano Brothers Construction is seeking a Director of Preconstruction, Sales & Design to lead our team as a local construction leader. In this Senior Leadership position, you will provide strategic oversight and integration across sales, design, and preconstruction functions. You will shape how we win work, manage risk, and protect profitability, ensuring complete alignment from the first client contact through estimating and the transition into field operations.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive experience in residential construction

5+ years managing multi‑disciplinary teams

Proven experience overseeing sales, design, and pre‑construction functions

Strong financial acumen and P&L understanding

Experience with Design‑Build and negotiated delivery models

Executive‑level communication and leadership presence

Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record

Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred but not required for exceptional candidates
