Responsibilities
Direct leadership of risk management and patient safety programs for a large healthcare organization in Florida.
Provide strategic direction and oversight in all aspects of risk management in a hospital setting.
Collaborate with legal counsel and organizational leadership to mitigate risk and improve patient safety outcomes.
Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) with active license.
10+ years in a hospital setting in progressive leadership roles in risk management (Director of Risk preferred).
American Society for Healthcare Risk Management (ASHRM) certification or equivalent.
Master’s degree preferred; strong hospital experience required.
Must have Florida risk management credentials or able to obtain them.
