Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Freight Broker at our office located in Cumming, GA. The Freight Broker will be responsible for managing freight shipping operations, maintaining and growing customer and carrier relationships, coordinating dispatching services, and ensuring efficient and timely deliveries. The role involves leveraging knowledge of freight brokerage, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to overall account management efforts.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in Freight Brokerage and general Brokerage operations
Strong skills in Customer Service and a client-focused mindset
Experience with Dispatching and coordination of shipping logistics
Proficiency in Account Management and developing long‑term customer relationships
Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment in Cumming, GA
Working knowledge of industry‑specific software and advanced logistics technologies is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred but not required
