Base Salary up to $120K (depending on experience and skill level) + lucrative commission & bonus structure
This hospitality-driven sales professional owns the full sales cycle from prospecting through move‑in. This is a hands‑on, revenue‑driving role that is ideal for a proven closer who thrives in senior living and relationship‑based sales.

Key Responsibilities
Drive and maintain maximum occupancy and revenue
Manage all sales activities: inquiry calls, prospecting, tours, follow‑ups, and closings
Prioritize in‑person tours and creative follow‑up strategies
Respond to all leads quickly. Speed to lead is critical!
Build referral partnerships through events, networking, and outreach
Maintain accurate CRM documentation and reporting
Develop 30‑60‑90 day sales and marketing plans with the leadership team
What We’re Looking For
3–5+ years of successful sales experience (senior living strongly preferred)
Proven ability to close high‑stake, compassionate sales
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, or related field (preferred)
Competitive base salary up to
$120,000+ depending upon experience and skill set
Lucrative commission & bonus structure
