We are searching for a Market Specialist to join our team to service Detroit, MI area ULTA Beauty locations.
Ideal Candidate
Has a proven track record of high achieving personal sales performance
Strong planner and executer of successful events
Continually driving sales through conversion and building the basket
Educate and coach store teams effectively
Build and strengthen in-store partnerships
Weekend availability is required
Flexible, and can travel to surrounding stores if needed for an event
ULTA and/or SEPHORA experience a plus
