physical, spiritual, emotional, and social well-being

of residents across all levels of care, as well as staff. Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, guidelines, and professional standards. Monitor regulatory changes and professional best practices; develop, maintain, and periodically update written policies, procedures, and job descriptions. Orient and train staff on departmental policies and procedures. Develop and manage the departmental budget, forecasts, and staffing plans, ensuring responsible use of financial resources. Supervise, schedule, coach, and evaluate wellness and activities team members. Recruit, train, and manage volunteers , ensuring safe work practices and positive engagement with residents. Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, volunteer organizations, and local groups. Develop, post, and maintain a monthly activities calendar and provide a timely, engaging monthly newsletter. Ensure safe, reliable, and well-coordinated transportation services; oversee the maintenance of community-owned vehicles to keep them safe, clean, and efficient. Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director. Schedule

Monday–Friday schedule , with

occasional weekends

required to support special events and community activities. Supervisory Responsibilities

This position reports directly to the Executive Director and is expected to perform independently while exercising sound judgment and professionalism. Why You Are Qualified

The ideal candidate will have the following: Experience working with seniors in a senior living, hospitality, or service-focused environment strongly preferred. Minimum of five (5) years of experience

in senior living, hospitality, wellness, activities, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

(experience may substitute for education). Proven experience

recruiting, training, and working with volunteer groups . Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills with a passion for hospitality and resident engagement. High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted. Why You Should Apply
