Ability to explain technical concepts to early-career engineers and analysts.

Experience creating training materials, technical documentation, or instructional content.

Ability to facilitate interactive learning sessions and workshops.

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills

Ability to translate business requirements into system logic.

Strong troubleshooting and debugging capabilities.

Ability to guide trainees through problem resolution and system analysis.

Preferred Experience

Experience delivering technical training or mentoring junior developers.

Experience working with workflow platforms or low-code platforms.

Exposure to implementation projects involving APIs, integrations, or automation.

Experience supporting early-career technical training programs or academies.
