We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Director of Development to lead and execute Easterseals Oregon’s fundraising and philanthropic initiatives. Key responsibilities include overseeing strategic development plans, managing annual and planned giving programs, fostering relationships with donors, creating fundraising campaigns, and ensuring financial goals are met. The Director will also be responsible for budget planning and working with cross‑functional teams to amplify community engagement and financial support. This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in the Portland, Oregon Metropolitan Area. Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in Planned Giving and Annual Giving initiatives Understanding of Philanthropy and donor engagement strategies Proven success in Fundraising and developing relationships with donors Strong skills in Budgeting and financial planning Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Familiarity with nonprofit fundraising best practices and ethics Ability to develop and implement strategic plans aligned with organizational goals Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, business administration, or a related field Experience working in the nonprofit sector is a plus
