Director of Accounting

Tarvos Talent is looking for a Director of Accounting in the Dallas area in the healthcare space. This role will have an incredible opportunity to make an impact, create and improve processes and work collaboratively with the Accounting and Finance team. If this sounds like something that could be a fit, apply here! Qualifications: CPA and ideally public accounting foundation Experience working in a PE backed company, preferably in healthcare. Strong background in technical accounting but also strong in FP&A, data analytics, systems and process creation and efficiencies Leadership strength. 8+ years of progressive accounting experience Healthcare industry experience is required, particularly in multi-location, provider-based organizations, with experience in cash-to-accrual revenue recognition Proficiency in financial systems and ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite). Experience with implementation preferred. Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
