No Visa Sponsorship Available Our partner Bryant Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to take ownership of complex infrastructure bids across the Arizona market. This position is ideal for a professional who wants to play a strategic role in winning work, influencing project direction, and contributing to long-term growth. In this role, you will lead estimating efforts on large-scale civil and transportation projects, including roadway, aviation, and site development work. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to develop competitive, risk-aware bid strategies that align with operational capabilities and business goals. Key Responsibilities
Review project plans, specifications, and geotechnical data to develop accurate and competitive estimates Conduct site visits and pre-bid assessments to identify risks and opportunities Determine scope breakdown between self-performed work and subcontracted trades Prepare and distribute bid packages to subcontractors and suppliers Develop detailed cost estimates using industry-standard software tools Evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals and provide award recommendations Lead internal bid reviews and ensure alignment on pricing and execution strategy Support business development efforts by contributing to win strategies and proposal positioning Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy civil or roadway estimating Proven experience estimating grading, paving, concrete, and transportation infrastructure projects Proficiency with estimating software such as HCSS HeavyBid Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment Preferred Qualifications
Experience with aviation or airport-related projects Familiarity with AGTEK, On-Screen Takeoff (OST), Primavera P6, or similar tools Experience with DBE/SBE participation and compliance requirements Key Skills Required
