The Role
We’re looking for a full-time experienced Executive Personal Assistant to help us stay focused, prioritised, and on track as we bring a range of exciting projects to life. This role is about turning ideas into action, helping us map out what needs to be done, when, and how, so we can achieve both our short and long‑term goals. You’ll be someone who thrives on variety, has great judgment, can create order out of chaos, juggle multiple priorities with ease, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Responsibilities
To support the Founder in prioritising time and focus relative to key goals; plan, coordinate, and execute tasks and projects to ensure steady progress; proactively absorb operational responsibilities, keeping everything running seamlessly. Act as a trusted sounding board for decisions, priorities, and project direction. Manage a dynamic schedule - coordinating meetings, timelines, and deliverables. Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met. Oversee personal responsibilities, appointments, and household/family happenings. Stay attuned to key fashion and sustainability events; assist with related PR and partnerships. Recruit and manage interns; maintain smooth team coordination and studio operations. Handle bookkeeping and basic accounts (transitioning to QuickBooks). Keep the studio and storage areas organised; manage occasional garment district errands. Provide broad professional and personal support to maximise the Founder’s time and creative output. Requirements
Holds an Associate's degree or higher. Has a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar executive support or project management role. Reasonable commute time to Upper East Side. Tech-savvy and highly confident working across digital tools and systems - experience of Shopify a bonus. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through. Thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys a varied day! Communicates clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing. Is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing shifting priorities. Balances strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. A background in fashion is not required or necessary - what matters is strong operational thinking, reliability, and the ability to make things happen.
