The Founder is a media financier, dealmaker, and CEO. He has forged partnerships with prominent executives and leaders from media, sports, technology, and hospitality sectors worldwide. He’s executive produced and financed multiple films starring a-list talent.

The Role We are seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to the Founder —a highly intelligent, resourceful, and discreet operator who can seamlessly manage both professional and personal priorities at the highest level.

This is not a traditional assistant role. This is a

right-hand position

embedded in a fast-moving environment spanning high-stakes deals, global travel, and elite cultural ecosystems.

The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, anticipates needs before they arise, and operates with precision, discretion, and absolute reliability.

Core Responsibilities Executive & Personal Support

Manage an ever-changing, high-volume calendar across business and personal commitments

Coordinate complex international and domestic travel (private aviation, hotels, ground transport, itineraries)

Extensive project research and tracking, including maintaining up-to-date status reports (both physical and digital).

Drafting deal memos and updating project summaries for internal distribution.

Serve as a gatekeeper for communications, prioritizing meetings, calls, and requests

Handle personal errands, scheduling, and lifestyle management with discretion

Strategic & Operational Support

Prepare briefing materials for meetings, deals, and high-level conversations

Track ongoing projects, investments, and partnerships across multiple verticals

Liaise with executives, investors, talent, and partners globally

Assist in organizing deal flow, notes, and follow-ups

Lifestyle & High-Touch Coordination

Manage reservations, events, and exclusive experiences (restaurants, clubs, screenings, fashion, etc.)

Coordinate with other assistants, drivers, security, and external vendors

Anticipate needs across travel, health, scheduling, and daily routines

Who You Are

Exceptionally organized with obsessive attention to detail

Highly discreet and trustworthy—comfortable handling sensitive information

Calm under pressure with the ability to operate in high-stakes environments

Proactive and intuitive—you solve problems before they surface

Polished communicator with strong interpersonal skills

Available and flexible outside standard business hours when needed

Experience

Experience supporting a founder, executive, or high-net-worth individual

Background in entertainment is a plus

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
