A prominent co-founder of a luxury real estate and hospitality platform based in Miami is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant and Estate Manager to support them directly. This is primarily a personal and household support role, with some professional assistance required. This search is being conducted confidentially. The principal will be disclosed to shortlisted candidates. About the Role

This is not a standard EA role. You will be the trusted personal support to a high-profile co-founder — managing the day-to-day operations of their home, family logistics, and household with precision and care. A portion of the role extends into light professional support as needed. You are expected to anticipate needs, solve problems before they surface, and operate with complete discretion at all times. Three days per week are based in person at the family home. Remaining hours are remote. Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the family home and household operations Coordinate family calendars across household staff and third-party vendors Research, vet, and negotiate with vendors for all household maintenance needs Manage household staff — sourcing, interviewing, and filling positions as they arise Maintain household supplies, grocery orders, outgoing packages, and returns Book medical appointments and manage pharmacy orders Oversee all travel arrangements — hotels, transportation, dining, and experiences Provide support for interior design decisions and household upgrade projects Assist with event management and planning Research and procure gifts for personal and professional occasions Provide light professional support and liaison assistance as required by the Co-Founder Qualifications

7+ years of experience as a personal/executive assistant or in estate management Experience managing a private estate of 8,000 sq ft or larger is required Highest standards of discretion, professionalism, and etiquette — non-negotiable Proactive and self-directed; able to anticipate needs and act without being asked Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering independently Flexible availability including evenings and weekends when required Minimum two verifiable references from previous employers
