Job Summary The Human Resources Business Partner serves as the primary People & Culture leader for a large, complex region and acts as a trusted advisor to regional leadership. This role is responsible for delivering full scope HR support aligned to business priorities, operational execution, and enterprise people strategy. Operating within a matrix reporting structure, the HR Business Partner partners closely with the Regional President while maintaining enterprise alignment through the Vice President of People & Culture. The role requires strong judgment, sound employee relations expertise, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, field driven environment.

Essential Job Responsibilities Employee Relations and Performance Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters within the region, providing timely, consistent, and well documented guidance

Advise and coach managers on performance management, corrective action, disciplinary processes, and involuntary terminations

Conduct investigations as needed and partner with People & Culture leadership to ensure appropriate resolution and risk mitigation

Business Partnership and Leadership Support

Act as a trusted advisor to the Regional President and regional leadership team on workforce matters, organizational effectiveness, and people related decisions

Support leaders through change, growth, and organizational evolution with clear, pragmatic guidance

Talent and Workforce Operations

Partner with Regional leadership and Corporate Talent Acquisition to support hiring, workforce planning, and staffing needs

Oversee and execute employee lifecycle processes including new hire setup, job changes, transfers, promotions, and terminations

Manage and deliver consistent onboarding and offboarding experiences across the region, including new hire orientation

Compliance and Policy Execution

Ensure all regional HR practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies

Apply policies consistently while balancing business needs, employee experience, and risk management

Operational Excellence

Maintain accurate and timely HR documentation and data within HR systems

Support People & Culture initiatives and projects as assigned to advance enterprise priorities

Other duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

3 to 5 years of progressive HR Generalist or Business Partner experience, preferably supporting a multi-site or regional organization

Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and sound judgment

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Proven success operating in a fast paced, ambiguous environment

Preferred

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Experience working with HRIS platforms and workforce data systems
