Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New York, NY, for an Ecommerce Specialist. The Ecommerce Specialist will oversee and manage the companys online store, ensuring optimal website performance and providing an engaging customer experience. Responsibilities include updating product listings, analyzing website metrics to improve conve rsion rates, coordinating sales strategies, and addressing customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Collaboration with marketing, sales, and design teams will also be a key part of the role to help enhance brand visibility and online engagement.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in ecommerce operations within a luxury environment, with a proven ability to drive online sales performance
  • Proficiency in Shopify and familiarity with ERP integrations and website management systems
  • Solid analytical skills, including experience with Google Analytics and Google Ads, with the ability to track performance, interpret data, and translate insights into action
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage high-value clients and collaborate across cross-functional teams
  • Commercial mindset with experience supporting revenue generation through digital channels and clienteling initiatives
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and content management systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related field preferred
