PT Multimedia Streaming Technician Job at Miamiarch in Fort Lauderdale

St. Pius X Catholic Parish in Fort Lauderdale, Florida is seeking an energetic and qualified part-time Multimedia Streaming Technician. This position is responsible for streaming the Sunday Mass (1 per week) as well as occasional Holy Days of Obligation, including Easter Triduum. The candidate must be proficient with technology, including video streaming. The Multimedia Streaming Technician performs all duties and responsibilities in alignment with the mission, vision, and values of the Catholic Archdiocese of Miami. Schedule: 1 Sunday mass, with extra hours required on Holy Days, including Easter Triduum. Qualifications: Preferred: Degree or certification in Audio/ Visual Technology, or related field. Proficient in live video streaming and using and maintaining related equipment. Proficient in operating live sound and other A/V related equipment. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Must be adept at problem solving. Ability to listen carefully and take direction well. Excellent oral and written English communication skills, including clear speaking voice. Supportive and respectful of the mission and tenets of the Roman Catholic Church; Experience in a Roman Catholic environment preferred. Must have a professional demeanor.
