Customer Service Representative
Midway Staffing is seeking a reliable and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in Columbus, OH. This role is essential in supporting dealers, contractors, and designers by providing excellent customer service, managing orders, and ensuring smooth communication. 5:00 PM Pay rate: $18.00 per hour Duties: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, and designers. Process customer orders, payments, and handle returns or replacements efficiently. Assist customers with product selection and layout interpretation. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. Collect customer feedback and report any service or product issues. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer needs. Requirements: Previous customer service experience required; cabinetry or home design experience is a plus. Experience with order entry systems and CRM software (e.g., QuickBooks, Fishbowl). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong data entry skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work professionally in a fast-paced environment.
