If you enjoy helping behind the scenes, staying on top of details, and contributing to a positive workplace, this could be a great fit. No insurance license is required, and training is provided. What You'll Do Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members Assist with incoming inquiries and maintain accurate customer records Follow up with customers to collect needed documentation Manage the agent's calendar and office appointments Provide administrative support to the agent and team, including special projects as needed What Helps You Succeed Here Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized, dependable, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
