6pm CST, Monday
Friday and 8 am
12 pm CST, Saturday. Schedule may include occasional holidays and overtime based on the needs of the business. Candidate must be available to work any 8-hour shift within these hours. What's a typical day as Customer Support Representative? You'll be: Providing advanced product and service information, responding to customer and channel partner inquiries, and addressing moderately complex policies, issues, and concerns. Recording and processing custom or special orders, coordinating delivery with internal teams. Responding promptly to escalated issues, providing managerial approvals as required. Conducting customer outreach via phone or in-person to build and strengthen relationships. Acting as the first point of contact for resolving customer queries and complaints. Scheduling and documenting follow-up actions in the CRM system to support retention and business development. Interviewing customers to clarify requirements and making detailed notes for client needs. Delivering exceptional service to encourage continued use of products and services. Staying updated on company policies, relevant regulations, and industry best practices. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have post-secondary non-tertiary education. Bring 1 to 3 years of experience in a customer support or similar role, preferably with digital communications and CRM systems. Are customer-focused, able to build rapport, and skilled in managing challenging conversations. Can work independently, follow multilevel scripts, and handle complex customer needs. Are available for any 8-hour shift during support hours, including occasional overtime or holidays as business needs require. Are interested in a contingent/temporary assignment with no immediate expectation of transition to full-time employment.
