Main duties/responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Answering the phones and assisting customers (This position is largely helping our clients on phones) Adding customer profiles in our software Updating spreadsheets Scanning/filing paperwork appropriately Making outbound calls as needed Assisting with projects And more! Experience is not required! You do NOT have to have extensive electrical/HVAC or plumbing knowledge to succeed. You just need a good personality and willingness to succeed.
