Customer Service Representative

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a professional and timely manner Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service issues while maintaining a high level of satisfaction Accurately document customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in internal systems Process orders, returns, exchanges, or account updates as needed Provide clear, accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary Follow established service standards, workflows, and quality guidelines Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer experience Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction Pay Details: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour Search managed by: Maddie Weinstock Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
