Provide outstanding customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly Communicate product and service information clearly to customers Support sales and marketing initiatives through customer interactions Maintain accurate customer records and update databases Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer
