Oversee daily onsite operations for commercial interior construction projects. Manage subcontractors, coordinate trade schedules, and enforce safety and quality standards. Maintain site logistics, daily reports, inspections, and compliance requirements. Partner closely with Project Managers to track progress, problem-solve, and maintain client communication. Ensure clean, efficient jobsite operations and uphold high standards of craftsmanship. A successful Superintendent should have: Strong experience supervising commercial interiors or office fit-outs (NYC experience preferred). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Deep understanding of interior sequencing, finishes, millwork, and MEP coordination.
