Construction Superintendent - PSGTI
Lead daily field operations for ground-up healthcare and commercial projects. Coordinate subcontractors, materials, inspections, and site logistics. Maintain jobsite safety compliance and documentation. Ensure high-quality construction through consistent field oversight. Manage project schedules, look-ahead planning, and milestone tracking. Partner closely with Project Manager on cost control, risk, and project strategy. Serve as the primary on-site representative for owners, inspectors, and partners. A successful Superintendent - PSG should have: 5-7+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial ground-up projects Healthcare project experience strongly preferred Strong planning, communication, and leadership skills Ability to manage fast-paced job sites and multiple subcontractor crews Proficiency with scheduling and field documentation tools (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.) Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000. Strong project pipeline in healthcare and commercial markets. Supportive leadership and opportunities for advancement. Well-resourced field teams and stable long-term workload.
