Construction Superintendent - PSGTI
Lead daily field operations for ground-up healthcare and commercial projects. Coordinate subcontractors, materials, inspections, and site logistics. Maintain jobsite safety compliance and documentation. Ensure high-quality construction through consistent field oversight. Manage project schedules, look-ahead planning, and milestone tracking. Partner closely with Project Manager on cost control, risk, and project strategy. Serve as the primary on-site representative for owners, inspectors, and partners. A successful Superintendent - PSG should have: 5-7+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial ground-up projects Healthcare project experience strongly preferred Strong planning, communication, and leadership skills Ability to manage fast-paced job sites and multiple subcontractor crews Proficiency with scheduling and field documentation tools (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.) Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000.
