Oversee daily field operations and lead all subcontractors. Maintain project schedules, site safety, and quality standards. Manage inspections, documentation, and closeout activities. Coordinate closely with project leadership on progress and risks. Represent the company professionally on active job sites. A successful Superintendent should have: 3+ years of construction leadership. Experience in commercial, MOB, or warehouse projects. Strong communication and follow-through in independent site roles. Ability to manage multiple trades and drive deadlines. Comfortable being field-based with limited office time. What's on Offer
Salary range of USD $90,000 to $100,000 annually with 1.5x overtime enhancing total earnings. Shared year-end bonus, HSA contribution and automatic 3% 401k contribution. Opportunity to work within the business services industry in Columbus. Permanent position with growth opportunities.
