Lead Superintendent
As the Lead Superintendent, you will drive field operations and ensure successful project delivery, typically reporting to a Project Executive. Lead onsite construction activities for ground-up multifamily projects in the $25M-$30M range Manage schedules, subcontractors, inspections, and quality control Oversee site safety and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements Collaborate closely with project management teams to maintain budget and timelines Interpret drawings, specifications, and technical details with precision Build strong relationships with owners, consultants, and trade partners Deliver projects that meet high expectations for craftsmanship and design intent MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. For the Lead Superintendent we are seeking: Experience overseeing multifamily or mixed-use projects of similar size and complexity Strong tenure with reputable, regionally focused GCs Proven ability to manage all field operations from start to finish Scheduling software experience (MS Project ideal; P6 or similar also acceptable) Familiarity with Procore preferred Ability to mentor teams and represent the GC professionally onsite Degree is appreciated but not required for superintendent-level candidates What's on Offer
