Oversee a $25M luxury department store project beginning in May. Manage daily site operations, subcontractors, scheduling, and high-end finishes. Maintain strict quality standards for luxury commercial environments. Coordinate closely with Project Managers, ownership, and design partners. Support other projects prior to May start as part of ramp-up onboarding. Base salary: $120,000-$160,000 base salary. Weekly pay cycle. Comprehensive healthcare (100% employee premium covered). 401(k) contribution after 18 months + profit sharing and pension eligibility.
