Sr Superintendent- Commercial
Lead field operations for ground-up recreational, athletic, and community facility projects. Direct subcontractors, site logistics, inspections, and quality control processes. Oversee jobsite safety programs and ensure all compliance standards are met. Manage schedules, sequencing, and daily/weekly look-ahead planning. Coordinate closely with Project Managers on project strategy, cost awareness, and forecasting. Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for owners, architects, consultants, and inspectors. Mentor and develop Assistant Superintendents and other field staff. Primarily local work with only occasional, short-term travel as needed. A successful Sr Superintendent- Commercial should have: 8-10+ years of Superintendent experience, with at least several years at a leadership/Senior Super level Background in structurally complex ground-up projects Strong communication and team leadership skills Expertise in scheduling, trade coordination, and field-driven problem-solving Proficiency with construction management software and field technology Motivated to grow long-term A competitive salary ranging from USD 130,000 to USD 160,000 annually.
