Manage all aspects of multifamily construction projects from start to finish. Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and on-site personnel to ensure project timelines are met. Monitor and enforce safety regulations and procedures at the construction site. Oversee quality control to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members to provide updates and address issues. Maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented as needed. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any on-site challenges promptly. Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
