The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its mission of providing food access, financial assistance, and wraparound support to the community. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and establishing clear organizational priorities, translating them into action, and ensuring the organization's operations are in line with its mission and community needs. This role requires a leader who can balance immediate service demands with long-term planning, build and reinforce effective systems and processes, and lead a dedicated staff team in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. The Executive Director will also be the primary external representative, maintaining strong relationships with donors, partners, and the community, while overseeing financial management and resource development to sustain and grow the organization's impact.
Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3-5 years' of executive management experience, with a background in financial oversight and organizational operations. Preferred qualifications include experience in human services, food access, housing stability, or related community-based work, as well as familiarity with the local community.
