As one of the largest apparel decorators in the U.S., we're looking for customer-first professionals who are ready to dive into the fast-paced, creative world of custom garment decoration.
As a Customer Service Rep, you'll work directly with our business clients to guide orders from first contact to final ship-ensuring every detail is perfect and every client is happy with their product.
What You'll Be Doing Serve as the go-to point of contact for B2B clients via phone and email Process, track, and manage custom orders Collaborate with our production teams to keep projects on schedule Troubleshoot issues with confidence and professionalism Become a product expert-understanding fabrics, finishes, and decoration techniques Champion our quality standards and support a best-in-class customer experience What You Bring to the Hive
2+ years of B2B customer service or order management experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Tech-savvy: quick with data entry, email, and Microsoft Office Eagle-eye for detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities A positive attitude and passion for helping others Bonus: experience in apparel, screen printing, embroidery, B2B customer support/sales Why You'll Love Working at 5B's
