Position: Bilingual Leasing Consultant

Location: Naples, FL

Pay: $23/hour

Experience: Previous apartment leasing experience required.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Type: Part-time; Temporary

Schedule: Thursday & Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

HH Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Leasing Consultant to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

1. Greet and assist prospective residents in person and by phone.
2. Conduct apartment tours and highlight community features.
3. Respond to leasing inquiries and follow up with prospects.
4. Process lease applications and complete leasing documentation.
5. Provide customer service to current and prospective residents.
6. Support the leasing office with administrative tasks as needed.

Position Requirements:

1. Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
2. Ability to work scheduled days and hours consistently.
3. Strong customer service and communication skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
