Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Knowledge Engineer with a strong background in PeopleSoft HCM and enterprise-level system implementations. The successful candidate will provide subject matter expertise, project leadership, testing support, and documentation services to fulfill the objectives of the customer’s Statement of Work (SOW). The role involves supporting UAT efforts, query development, end-to-end testing, change management, and the preparation of training materials and learning aids. Responsibilities
Prepare PeopleSoft Queries for HCM Module
Identify and support data needs of BOSP. Build and document PeopleSoft HCM queries for Florida PALM. Deliverables include:
Query inventory Process documentation Query criteria documentation
Payroll User Acceptance Test and Scripts
Analyze Division operations and create test scenarios and UAT test scripts. Document test gaps and prioritize test execution. Complete set of test scenarios and test cases Priority rankings for test execution
Facilitate Execution of Enterprise Interface, UAT, and End-to-End Testing
Plan and support UAT testing as a subject matter expert. Provide daily updates and coordinate validation efforts. Deliverables include:
Weekly written summaries (Due every Thursday COB) Participation in testing meetings Tracking of risks and documentation of testing results
Prepare Learning Aids
Collaborate with stakeholders to determine training needs. Draft and finalize content documenting process changes. Deliverables include:
Step-by-step guides for new HCM processes Documentation of revised procedures
Mandatory Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field – or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 7 years of IT and business/industry experience. Demonstrated expertise in:
Document management Groupware systems Relational databases Data warehousing and data mining Web and systems analysis and development Proven experience with PeopleSoft HCM module Hands-on User Acceptance Testing UAT experience
Prior experience in:
Managing day-to-day operations Delivering projects/services on time and with high quality Providing technical and subject matter expertise Acting as a senior consultant on enterprise-level initiatives Planning and executing project tasks, timelines, and deliverables Leading teams and coordinating subordinate work efforts Conducting training through formal courses, workshops, or seminars Supporting communications and stakeholder engagements Managing change and supporting project management activities
Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written. Preferred Qualifications
Willing and able to work onsite in Tallahassee, Florida. Skills and Competencies
