Position Overview The Sales Agent at Go Create Payments is responsible for developing new business relationships, onboarding merchants, and delivering payment solutions that support the operational and financial success of small and mid-sized businesses.

This role is designed for a motivated, self-directed professional who thrives in a performance-based environment and values both independence and accountability. As a 1099 Independent Contractor, the Sales Agent operates with autonomy while leveraging the tools, systems, and support provided by Go Create Payments to build a sustainable book of business.

Key Responsibilities Business Development

Identify, prospect, and engage small and mid-sized businesses within assigned or self-developed markets

Conduct consultative conversations to understand business needs and recommend appropriate payment solutions

Present pricing, services, and product offerings in a clear, accurate, and professional manner

Guide merchants through the application and onboarding process

Coordinate underwriting submissions and required documentation

Ensure timely installation, activation, and readiness to process transactions

Pipeline & Relationship Management

Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects, active opportunities, and installed merchants

Utilize provided systems to track activity, follow-ups, and performance metrics

Develop and maintain long-term relationships to support retention and referral growth

Effectively use Mind Me CRM & Marketing Platform to:

Manage contacts and opportunities

Automate follow-up and stay engaged with prospects

Support relationship marketing and referral generation

Tools & Resources Sales Agents are supported with tools designed to drive efficiency and consistency, including:

Mind Me CRM & Marketing Platform

Structured sales process and onboarding support

Access to leadership coaching and training

Qualifications Required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivation and ability to work independently

Ability to manage time, priorities, and sales activity effectively

Comfort operating in a commission-based environment

Preferred

Experience in B2B sales, merchant services, or related industries

Prior experience in a commission-based or 1099 role

Established network or ability to develop referral relationships
