Position Overview The Sales Leader at Go Create Payments is responsible for recruiting, developing, and leading a team of Sales Agents focused on acquiring and supporting merchant relationships.
This role is designed for a leader who excels at building high‑performing teams, driving accountability, and creating a culture of consistent production and professional growth. While Sales Leaders maintain the ability to generate personal sales, their primary responsibility is to scale results through people.
As a 1099 Independent Contractor, the Sales Leader operates with a high level of autonomy and has the opportunity to build and grow a team without geographic or structural limitations.
Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Team Building
Identify, recruit, and onboard high‑potential Sales Agents
Build and scale a team aligned with Go Create Payments’ culture and standards
Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective candidates
Coaching, Training & Development
Lead onboarding and training initiatives for new agents
Provide ongoing coaching, field support, and performance feedback
Develop agents into consistent producers and emerging leaders
Performance Management
Establish clear expectations for activity, pipeline management, and merchant installations
Monitor individual and team performance metrics
Drive accountability through structured follow‑up and coaching
Maintain working knowledge of sales processes, products, and solutions
Lead by example through professionalism and execution standards
Engage in personal sales activity as needed to support team development
Tools & Resources Sales Leaders and their teams are equipped with tools designed to drive consistency and growth, including:
Mind Me CRM & Marketing Platform for pipeline management, relationship tracking, and automated follow‑up
Structured onboarding and sales processes
Leadership support and collaboration opportunities
Qualifications Required
Proven experience in sales, sales leadership, or team development
Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach, and lead individuals to performance outcomes
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Ability to operate independently in a performance‑based environment
Preferred
Experience in merchant services, financial services, or B2B sales
Background in commission‑based or entrepreneurial sales environments
Established professional network for recruiting and business development
