Position Overview

The Commercial Sales HR Business Partner is a strategic, people-first leader who creates competitive advantage through talent. This role partners closely with Commercial Sales leaders to drive business performance by aligning people strategies with commercial objectives. Operating in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, the HRBP brings strong business acumen, positive energy, and a relational mindset to every interaction. This individual serves as a trusted advisor to leaders across the sales organization, focusing on talent strategy, performance management, compensation effectiveness, associate relations, and associate experience. The role supports approximately 500 associates across the U.S., working across all time zones. This position operates in a hybrid model and requires proximity (within three hours) to Dalton or Cartersville, GA, along with regular travel to support the business across the U.S.

Primary Responsibilities

Collaborates with Commercial Sales leaders by offering guidance on coaching, performance management, compensation plans, and implementing strategies to attract, grow, and retain top talent.

Understands business goals and collaborates in value-added approaches, initiatives, and procedures to influence continuous improvements in business objectives and outcomes.

Defines and executes HR strategies that fully support the company’s objectives as well as align with other business objectives.

Interprets and effectively coaches in the application of all human resources policies and practices, being thoughtful, consistent, and fair.

Partners with Total Rewards to develop and deploy pay-for-performance strategies, variable pay incentives, and other benefits to attract, motivate, and retain top talent for Sales and high-impact positions.

Investigates and delivers timely resolutions related to compliance and associate relations.

Collaborates with the fleet department to support and manage the program within the business unit.

Partners with compliance on required training completions.

Partners and collaborates with OneHR and other shared service departments on initiatives (examples include workforce assessments, engagement surveys, associate experience, business-critical roles, strategic talent management).

Works closely with corporate compensation to analyze pay plans to drive initiatives that motivate and reward the sales organization.

Utilizes Workday, Qualtrics, and OneModel tools to make data‑driven decisions and to support HR functions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree

3+ years of HR experience

Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices

Living within 3 hours of Northwest Georgia

Ability to travel up to 20% to support leaders across all U.S. time zones
