We specialize in wrongful death, catastrophic injury, truck and car accidents, workplace injuries, product liability, and other tort cases. Our high-energy environment is driven by passionate advocates who prepare every case for trial from day one, handling numerous trials across Texas annually.

Responsibilities

Content Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven content strategies that support business objectives, including lead generation, brand awareness, and client engagement.

Content Creation: Oversee the production of diverse content formats, including blogs, whitepapers, videos, case studies, webinars, and more, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with the company’s tone and mission.

Multi-Channel Distribution: Create and manage content for digital, print, social media, and other platforms to maximize audience reach and engagement.

SEO Integration: Apply strong SEO knowledge to optimize content for organic visibility and performance.

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of content creators, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Analytics and Optimization: Measure content performance using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot. Use insights to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, design, and other cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with broader company objectives.

Content Calendar Management: Develop and maintain a detailed content calendar, ensuring timely production and effective distribution.

Trend Adaptation: Stay ahead of content marketing trends, tools, and technologies, such as AI, interactive content, and emerging media formats.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 7-10 years in content marketing, storytelling, or related fields, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role.

Strategic Expertise: Proven ability to develop and execute data-driven content strategies.

Creative Excellence: Track record of creating compelling brand narratives and multi-channel content.

Technical Proficiency: Strong familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., HubSpot, WordPress) and digital marketing tools.

Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire a team, ensuring high performance and professional growth.

Analytical Insight: Skilled in measuring content performance and implementing data-driven optimizations.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (advanced degrees or certifications are a plus).
