Regional Human Resources Director

CompExecs is assisting a publicly traded, global manufacturing company in its search for a Regional Director of Human Resources. The position is on-site, five days per week in the office in Nashville, TN (must live in the Nashville metro area; relocation assistance is available). This role requires deep experience as an HR Business Partner in large-scale manufacturing companies. It is a "player-coach" role with responsibility for day-to-day HR operations at the Nashville facility, as well as the leadership of a team of HR Managers supporting other sites (union and non-union).
